Accessibility

We strive to make Forever Young Festival accessible to all our customers by providing on-site facilities and services. If you have registered accessibility issues, you can apply for a carer’s pass and/or accessible parking/camping for the festival. To apply for access to these facilities, please first purchase a festival ticket for yourself along with any additional passes (parking, campervans, VIP, etc.). Then, complete the form through the provided link, specifying your access requirements.

We kindly request at least one of the following supporting documents to be uploaded to the form:

  • Disability allowance letter
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • Blue badge
  • Letter from a medical professional outlining the disability-related requirements, and in the case of a PA request, confirming the need for a personal assistant.

Access applications must be submitted by July 1st to confirm the numbers for planning the facilities. While we will make efforts to accommodate late applications, accessibility support after this date is not guaranteed.

If you have non-registered disabled mobility issues, illness, or have undergone surgery, we will assist you as much as possible to ensure you have a fantastic weekend. However, please note that the carer’s pass is strictly available to those who are registered disabled. Golf buggies will be available on-site for all patrons to use, with a small charitable donation. These were highly popular last year and helped people move around the site (subject to availability).

PA/Carer:

  • Our Personal Assistance scheme is designed for those who require a personal assistant (PA) or carer to attend the festival.
  • Please do not purchase a ticket for your PA, as we cannot provide a refund for this ticket.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to offer a PA ticket, you can apply for a refund for your festival ticket.
  • The PA ticket is provided on the condition that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout the festival, including during the unlikely event of an evacuation.

Accessible Parking:

  • Accessible car parking is located near the main arena.
  • This option is available only after purchasing a regular car parking pass.

Accessible Toilets:

  • Accessible toilets are available in the arena and the accessible campsite.

Viewing Platform:

  • There is a viewing platform at the main stage.
  • Space is limited, and priority access will be given, whenever possible, to customers with disabilities and one accompanying person.

Accessible Campsite:

  • The accessible campsite is open to those bringing their own tents, and a limited number of glamping options are available.
  • The customer and up to three friends can access this area.
  • Electric wheelchair charging is available at the First Aid Post.
